PLASTISOL INKS
Printing with plastisol inks is the most cost effective way to print graphics on any garment. It has a heavy feel which means you can feel the print on the t-shirt. This method is the most common way to print for any screen printer The colors are strong and super opaque when using this method.
WATER BASED INKS
These inks are more eco-friendly and have a softer feel which means the print feels just like the t-shirt. Water based inks are not a common method but more of a consumer request. This is NOT LISTED on our pricing chart but please contact us for more information.
DTF (Direct To Film)
DTF Printing is a textile printing method that involves direct printing of your designs onto a specialized film, followed by using a powder adhesive on the print to help it adhere to the fabric. Finally using a heat press to press it on to fabric. These prints can be pressed onto cotton, 100% polyester & cotton/poly blends.
HEAT TRANSFER VINYL
Heat transfer vinyl, or HTV for short, is a specialty vinyl polymer that can be used on certain fabrics and materials to create designs and promotional products. it must be used on products that can take the heat and pressure required to make the transfer adhere properly. There are many styles that include, Glitter, Foil, Reflective & various patterns.
We carry a variety of blank t-shirts and a variety of colors. Our default shirts to use are Gildan and Tultex brands.
